Sending and receiving cryptocurrencies

• The key functionality - send / receive cryptocurrencies and NFTs - across 10 blockchains.

  Sending Assets:

  • To send assets, click on 'Send' icon on the wallet card (Portfolio screen) or tap on the "+" icon on the tab bar and select 'Send'.

  • Select the asset from the list.

  • Enter the recipient's wallet address and the amount.

  • Confirm the transaction. Mind the gas to be paid for any blockchain transaction.

Please ensure that the network you've selected matches the platform's network you're transferring to or withdrawing from. Mismatched networks may result in the loss of your funds.

Receiving Assets:

• To receive assets, click on 'Receive' icon on the wallet card (Portfolio screen) or tap on the "+" icon on the tab bar and select 'Receive'.

• Select the relevant wallet address (the needed blockchain).

• Share your wallet address with the sender (via QR, having the address copied or directly sent to the person).

• Once the transaction is completed, the assets will safely arrive at your wallet balance.

Topping Up Balance

• If you look to top up balance, there could be several scenarios; from transferring cryptocurrencies from other wallets or exchanges to purchasing tokens via the partner service MoonPay.
